An independent network member is any person from 16 years old and above whose duly accomplishes registration has been received and accepted by empower. Empower reserves the right to refuse any registration and will not be responsible for delays in processing incomplete registration.
INDEPENDENT NETWORK MEMBERSHIP STATUS
When registration is accepted by EMPOWER, the network member is recognized as an independent distributor of empower. EMPOWER must ha a signed registration form on file in order for it to process any rebate and/or incentive. No network member can, nor will, be recognized as representative, agent, or employee of EMPOWER.CHANGE OF SPONSORSHIP
EMPOWER actively discourage any change is sponsorship. The integrity of the Income Fundamentals depends on the lineage, thus, the protection of right of sponsorship. Realignment may be considered under rare special circumstances, but almost automatically when there is a question of unethical practice used to sponsor the new member or if the sponsor entices the downlines to join another networking company.Registration under a new sponsor will also be accepted provided that the network member concerned has been inactive for a minimum period of six consecutive months; and the original membership has been deactivated or purged from the computer system.
EMPOWER will not be a party in the setting of disputes between signing up a member. EMPOWER will recognize the member whose name appears as the Sponsor on the signed application. If more than one registration involving the sponsorship of the same person is received in the office, the one received first recognized. Since generally no changes in sponsorship are allowed, this area of the application should be filled from a network member.
COMPANY SPONSORED PROSPECT OF MEMBERS
All walk-in customers or potential members will be considered company sponsored. Such individuals are considered walk-in in the absence of referral from a network member.EMPOWER sponsored members also refer to those who register during company sponsored events like Business Opportunity Seminars, Sponsoring Blitzes and others.
HUSBAND AND WIFE MEMBERSHIP
Husband and wife may opt to have one or separate memberships. One may sponsor the other to create two separate memberships. The husband and wife may also sponsor their son or daughter who is at least 16 years of age. It should be understood, however, that husband and wife desiring such separate membership, should fulfill individual membership requirements accordingly.MEMBERSHIP ACTIVITY AND INACTIVITY STATUS
A network member is considered inactive if he/she fails to produce at least 500 personal power points in any six consecutive months. This will be treated as termination of membership- thus the deactivation and purging from the computer system.STANDARD PRODUCT PACKAGING and PRICING POLICY
